Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods (new drops, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over [your threshold, e.g. $150 USD]

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages Umbra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@thehouseofumbra.shop within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Umbra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
