House of Umbra
Every piece is made to order. It does not exist until you order it. That takes time. It is worth the wait.
PRODUCTION TIME
Before your order ships, it is manufactured specifically for you. This is not a warehouse pick-and-pack operation. Your piece is printed, quality checked, and packaged at our fulfilment centre.
Production time: 2 to 5 business days
This applies to all orders regardless of destination. Production begins the next business day after your order is placed.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order leaves the fulfilment centre, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States
Standard: 3 to 5 business days Express: 1 to 3 business days
Canada
Standard: 5 to 10 business days Express: 3 to 5 business days
United Kingdom
Standard: 5 to 10 business days Express: 3 to 5 business days
Australia
Standard: 5 to 10 business days Express: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of World
Standard: 10 to 20 business days Express: 5 to 10 business days
Total delivery estimate = Production time + Shipping time
For example: A standard US order placed on a Monday will be produced by Friday and delivered within the following week.
FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD worldwide.
Orders under $75 USD are subject to a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfilment centre.
Track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at houseofumbraofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfilment partners Printful and Printify based on the fastest and most reliable route to your location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
House of Umbra ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about import regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. House of Umbra cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at houseofumbraofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We can only amend addresses before the order enters production. Once in production, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or your order is marked delivered but has not arrived — contact us within 30 days and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or full refund if unresolved.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfilment centres to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
